Every dollar raised from our vendor spaces directly funds a safe, alcohol-free celebration for the Edgewood graduating class of 2027. We are thrilled to have your business join our holiday market!

🎪 Booth Space & Setup Reminders:

  • ⏰ Setup Timeline: Check-in and setup begins promptly at 7:15 AM (or 7:00 AM for Food Trucks).
  • 🚀 Event Hours: The market is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Breakdown begins at 3:00 PM. Early takedown is strictly prohibited for safety.
  • 📦 What to Bring:
    • Indoor Vendors: Your space includes one 5' or 6' table and one bench/chair.
    • Outdoor Vendors: You must bring your own 10'x10' tents, weights, tables, and product displays.
  • 🎁 Raffle Donation: Don't forget to bring your designated raffle item to the check-in table upon arrival!
