Vendor Information

📍 Location: Edgewood Jr/Sr High School Cafeteria & Media Center Parking Lot

⏰ Schedule: Setup 7:15 AM (7:00 AM for food trucks) ⏐ and must be complete by 8:50 AM ⏐ Event 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Early takedown is strictly prohibited).

Indoor Space (8’ x 8’) – $40 + Raffle Item
Includes one 5' or 6' table and either a 5' bench or a chair. Very limited electricity access.

Outdoor Space (10’ x 10’) – $30 + Raffle Item
Located on pavement. Tents/canopies permitted. Vendors must bring their own setup (tables, chairs, displays).

Food Trucks – $55 (Limited Availability)
Spaces located in the Media Center lot. Setup starts at 7:00 AM. Please contact us before registering.

Optional: Donate a portion of sales to Project Graduation (tax-deductible!)

• Tax Compliance: Vendors are responsible for Florida sales tax and must comply with all state/local licensing requirements.

• Direct Sales Rules: Spots are first-come, first-paid. Registration is complete once payment and form are received.) We enforce a strict limit of only one vendor per direct sales brand (e.g., 1 Pampered Chef, 1 Scentsy).

• Cleanliness: No alcohol permitted on school grounds. Vendor areas must be clean upon departure—no grease, oil, or food spills on pavement.
