holiday art & Craft fair COMING SOON

On Saturday, December 14, 2024, Project Graduation will be sponsoring an Art & Craft Fair in the Edgewood Cafeteria and Media Center Parking Lot from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.  We invite all local crafters, artists and home based businesses to join us in this fundraising event.  

Indoor Vendor Space  8’x8’  $40.00 and an item donation for raffle 

Indoor spaces are 8ft x 8ft and will include one 5' or 6' table and either a 5' bench booth or a chair. Spaces with access to electricity are very limited.

Outdoor Vendor Space  10’x10’     $30.00 and an item donation for raffle. 

Outdoor spaces are 10ft x 10ft on pavement and tents/canopies are permitted. You must furnish your own tables, chairs and displays.  

Setup on Saturday morning begins at 7:15am and must be completed by 8:50am.  Vendors are required to remain until the event ends at 3:00pm.  

All vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all Florida State Sales Tax.

Food Truck Vendors:    Limited Space Available  $55.00      Please contact us first
Spaces are located in the Edgewood Media Center parking lot for a registration fee of $55.  Setup on Saturday morning begins at 7:00am and must be completed by 8:50am as we will be closing the parking lot.  All vendors are required to remain until the event ends at 3:00pm. Many vendors also like to donate a percentage of their sales back to Edgewood PG.  If you would like to do so, please let us know!  All donations are tax-deductible!

All vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all Florida State Sales Tax.  All vendors must comply, and be in good standing with, all State and Local licensing and permitting requirements.  No alcoholic beverages are allowed.   Your space must be neat, tidy and trash free upon your departure from the event.  Please take all measures to prevent grease, oil and food drippings from dropping on and accumulating on asphalt. 

Spaces will be assigned on a first reserved and paid basis.  No space will be reserved until payment and registration form are received.  We will only accept ONE representative per licensed direct selling company for this event. (1 Pampered Chef, 1 Stampin' Up, 1 LulaRoe, etc)
